What is MDMIST?
MDMIST is a real-time AI sales assistant that listens to your customer conversations and provides instant coaching suggestions to your sales agents. It helps with objection handling, competitive positioning, and closing techniques—all while the call is happening.
How does MDMIST work?
Our AI listens to the conversation in real-time and displays relevant suggestions on your agent's screen. When a customer raises an objection, mentions a competitor, or shows buying signals, MDMIST instantly provides the best response strategy.
Do you record our calls?
No, by default we do not record or store any audio. We process audio in real-time to provide coaching suggestions, and the audio is not retained. If you want call recording for training purposes, this is an optional feature you can enable.
What languages does MDMIST support?
Currently, MDMIST supports English and Hindi. We're actively working on adding more Indian languages. Contact us if you have specific language requirements.

Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer a free trial with 4 hours of coaching sessions so you can experience MDMIST with your real calls before committing.
What does the Standard plan include?
The Standard plan (₹2,000/month) includes unlimited coaching sessions, AI-powered objection handling, competitive rebuttals, basic analytics, and support for up to 10 team members.
What's included in the Advanced plan?
The Advanced plan (₹3,000/month) includes everything in Standard plus custom knowledge base integration, advanced analytics, unlimited team members, CRM integrations, priority support with a dedicated manager, and custom industry training.
What is the Knowledge Base setup fee?
The Knowledge Base is a one-time setup fee where we train the AI on your specific products, services, competitors, and sales playbook. This ensures the suggestions are tailored to your business. Contact hq@mdmist.in for pricing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.

What systems does MDMIST integrate with?
