What This Terms Covers
These are the rules for using MDMist. By clicking "I Agree" or creating an account, you accept these terms.
1. What Is MDMist?
MDMist is software that helps you send messages via WhatsApp, run campaigns, and automate conversations. You use it for your business. MDMist provides the tools; you decide how to use them.
2. Your Account
- Keep your login password secret. Don't share it.
- If you invite other team members to your account, they also have to follow these rules.
- You're responsible for everything done with your account, whether by you or someone you invited.
3. We Don't Guarantee Results
We provide the tool. Your success depends on your messages, your audience, your offers, your business. We don't promise you'll get more sales, more leads, or any specific outcome.
4. WhatsApp & Infrastructure
MDMist works with WhatsApp (Meta's platform), AWS (hosting), and other services. If they go down, we go down — it's not our fault, but it affects you.
If Meta/WhatsApp changes their rules or limits how many messages you can send, that's not something we control. We'll tell you if we know about it.
5. If You Stop Paying (Account Pauses)
If your payment fails or you don't renew:
- Your account is paused, not deleted.
- You can still log in and see everything (messages, contacts, old campaigns, analytics).
- You cannot send new messages or launch new campaigns until you pay or get an extension.
- No data is deleted while paused.
- Once you renew or get a free extension, everything works again (usually within minutes).
6. Closing Your Account
You can close your account anytime from Settings.

| 0 | Account closes. Email confirmation sent with deletion date (Day 30). |
| 0–7 | Change your mind? Click the link in the email to reactivate with no data loss. |
| 23 | Reminder email: "7 days until permanent deletion." |
| 30 | Automatic deletion: messages, contacts, campaigns are gone forever. Can't be undone. |
What we keep:
- Invoices (7 years — required by law)
- A record that deletion happened (the date and count, not the content)
7. We Can Suspend Your Account
We can pause or close your account if:
- You send spam or violate WhatsApp's rules
- You try to hack or break the system
- You use it for fraud or illegal activity
- You break other rules in this Terms
We'll tell you why before or right after. Suspension blocks your access — we never secretly read your account. The only way we can touch your account is to pause it, close it, or suspend it (we'll tell you why each time).
8. Our Support Policy
If you need help, email us. We respond within 2 business days.
We won't log into your account to fix things. If we need to see something, you show us via screen-share (you control what's visible). We stay on camera; you stay in charge.
9. What You Can't Do
- ✗ Send spam or unwanted messages
- ✗ Impersonate someone else
- ✗ Try to hack or break MDMist
- ✗ Use it for fraud, scams, or illegal activity
- ✗ Scrape or copy our code
- ✗ Use it to harass or threaten people
- ✗ Violate WhatsApp's rules
If you do any of this, we'll close your account with no refund.
10. Your Responsibility
You're responsible for:
- Everything you send through MDMist (messages, campaigns, etc.)
- Making sure you're not breaking any laws
- Making sure you're not breaking WhatsApp's rules
- Not harassing or scamming your customers
11. What We're NOT Responsible For
We're not responsible for:
- WhatsApp/Meta being down or slow
- Your WhatsApp account being blocked by Meta
- Loss of earnings or business
- Indirect damages (you lose a customer, we don't pay for that)
- Bugs that don't affect core features
Our responsibility cap: We're responsible for UP TO the amount you paid in the last 1 month. That's it.
12. Changes to These Terms
If we change these terms, we'll update this page and send you an email (for big changes). You can reject the new terms by closing your account. If you keep using MDMist, you accept the new terms.
13. Disputes
If we disagree about something:
- First: Email each other and try to work it out (30 days)
- Second: If that doesn't work, arbitration under Indian law (not court)
